Payments

All transactions are processed securely and must be paid in full prior to order fulfillment. By submitting payment, you authorize Layer One Supplies to charge the full amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Any attempt to reverse, withhold, or dispute payment without valid cause may result in order cancellation, refusal of future service, and account restrictions.

Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Layer One Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer upon shipment, and all delivery-related claims must be submitted in accordance with the Returns & Refunds Policy outlined above.
